Triangle Tricks

I love quick pieced half square and quarter square triangles so designed this quilt to show how effective they are. The Flying Geese are made using quick piecing too so the whole quilt is put together very quickly. My Monday class had their second session today and everyone was working on the quarter squares, having made the HSTs last week. Just look how the  newbies got on:

Brenda managed these without her glasses!

Pretty good eh? By the end of the class we could see how the finished blocks would look.

 Rachel just needs to cut the centre square.
